Sandplay Therapy

Sandplay Therapy is a powerful non-verbal therapeutic approach that uses miniature figures and a sand tray to help individuals access and express emotions that are difficult to put into words. Rooted in Jungian psychology, this course introduces participants to the theory, setup, and facilitation of sandplay sessions equipping them to support clients of all ages in processing trauma, anxiety, grief, and developmental challenges through symbolic play.
