This course provides learners with the foundational knowledge and skillsrequiredto perform effectively as Passenger Ground Services Agents (PGSAs). It introduces the operational structure of airlines and airports, passenger and baggage handling procedures, safety and security regulations, and essential customer service principles.

The objective of this course is to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of passenger ground operations, enabling them to manage passenger and baggage services efficiently, ensure compliance with aviation standards, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Entry Requirements: 

Age:  

  • Minimum 16 years old. 

Language (English Track):  

  • At least a Pass (Grade C6) in GCE O-Level English or IELTS 5.5 

Academic (Local Students): 

  • Completed NITEC or Higher NITEC; or 
  • Obtained at least a Pass in one GCE O-Level subject (excluding English). 

Academic (International Students): 

  • Completion of High School Qualification (Grade 10 or equivalent). 

Graduation Requirements: 

  • Completion of all online modules and final assessment.

  3. Dangerous Goods Regulations 
  4. Passenger Interaction and Customer Service 
  5. Aviation Security 
  6. Future Developments in Passenger Handling 

E-Learning (FullyOnline) –includes both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced) sessions, with digital assessments and virtual tutorials.

Full-time: 1.5 months (approximately 90 hours) 

Classes: 5 days per week, 3 hours per day 

Synchronous learning: 20 hours | Asynchronous learning: 67.5 hours | Assessments: 2.5 hours
