Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) To comply with the requirement of SSG Singapore, Forbell is allowed to collect up to two months of course fees from students at any one time. Forbell Refund Policy

Forbell International Institute shall effect a refund of the school fees that have been paid to the institute on the occurrence of any of the following situations:

Forbell fails to commence course on course commencement date;
Forbell terminates the course for any reason prior to course commencement date;
Forbell fails, for any reason, to complete course before course completion date;
Forbell terminates the course prior to the course completion date;
Forbell has not ensured that the student meets the course entry or matriculation requirement as set by the organisation stated in Schedule A of the Student Contract within any stipulated timeline set by SSG

Forbell shall, immediately within 3 working days upon knowledge of any of the above-mentioned event, inform all students on the occurrence of any of the above-mentioned events

The student shall be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already paid should the student decide to withdraw, within 7 working days of the above notice.

The Institute shall provide the student with a cooling-off period of 10 working days after the date that the contract has been signed by both parties. The student will be refunded the highest percentage i.e. 100% (stated in the Refund Table above) of the fees already paid if the student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the College within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the student has started the course or not.

If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated under the section titled “Notification and Arrangement”, 福贝尔国际学院 all, within 7 working days of receiving the student’s written notice of withdrawal, refund to the student an amount based on the Refund Table as set out below.

The procedure for student refund is as follow:

Student is required to fill in the Transfer / Withdrawal Form, and submit to the Manager, Student Administration
Manager, Student Administration process the form, and determine the amount of refund, if any, is payable to the student.
The Institute shall refund the approved amount in accordance with refund table as set out under the Institute ’s Refund Policy within 7 working days from the date of receiving the Withdrawal / Transfer form.
Student will be notified via email on the status of the withdrawal / transfer, and for the collection of the refund, if any.
