The Diploma in Aviation and Tourism Service Management is designed to equip students with the professional knowledge, practical skills, and industry-ready competencies required for careers in aviation, tourism, and related service sectors. The programme integrates specialized training in aviation operations, tourism management, customer service excellence, and professional development, while also introducing modern applications of artificial intelligence in assessment and counselling.

Upon successful completion of the diploma, graduates will be able to apply professional knowledge of aviation and tourism operations, understand key management principles and industry regulations, deliver efficient and customer-focused operational services, and demonstrate excellence in communication, problem-solving, and service recovery. They will also develop strong professional competencies through personal branding, workplace readiness, and career planning, while integrating emerging technologies such as AI-driven psychometric tools to enhance service quality, operational effectiveness, and employability.

Entry Requirements:

  • Age: At least 17 years old
  • Language: Grade C6 pass for English at GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent, IELTS 5.5 or equivalent, pass the English Entrance Test conducted by Forbell International Institute, letter from College/University clearly stating the medium of instruction of the highest qualification to be English, or achieve a minimum score of 95 and above in Duolingo English Test.
  • Academic: Minimum 2 GCE ‘A’ Level Credits (Grade D and above), excluding all languages; equivalent of Year 12 from the applicant’s home country; an approved Diploma from private education institutions of Singapore with minimum entry requirements such as GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, Nitec or equivalent; or mature candidates aged 30 and above with at least 8 years of working experience.

Graduation Requirement:

Student must achieve at least 75% attendance for all modules and a minimum passing of 50% for all assessments to be awarded the Diploma in Aviation and Tourism Service Management.
