OTHM is a non-profit academic organization regulated by the UK Department for Education. Certificates issued by OTHM for completion of middle school, high school, and higher education are directly eligible for application to prestigious schools in the Commonwealth, such as those in the UK, USA, New Zealand, Malaysia, Australia, and other British style schools in Commonwealth countries.
The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership is a postgraduate qualification designed to develop learners' understanding of policy, management theory, and practice in education, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to work as effective managers in the education sector. This program combines theoretical and practical knowledge, focusing on areas such as strategic planning, financial management, human resource development, and quality assurance in education.
Entry Requirements:
- 21 years and above
- Degree or equivalent or with relevant 8 years managerial working experience
- English proficiency demonstrated through our entrance examination
Graduation Requirements:
Complete course and all modules
must obtain a ‘Pass’ And results approved by EQA And meet minimum attendance
requirement :For Part-Time at least 75% attendance
